Construction Sector: Today the amnesty scheme granted by the federal government for the construction sector ended. Sources say that if the government wants to expand the amnesty scheme, it will have to legislate or bring an ordinance. The sources said the government has started talks with the IMF to expand the amnesty scheme in the real estate sector.
Prime Minister’s Construction Package
Construction Sector: According to sources, 1,252 construction projects worth Rs 447 billion were registered in the Prime Minister’s Construction Package. The sources said that according to the construction package, the registration on the electronic portal will be closed as of today, but the installation of flat taxes for builders and developers of land will continue until December 31, 2021. The sources said that the completion of the projects will continue until September 30, 2023 and the period for the purchase of housing units and plots will continue until March 30, 2023.
تعمیراتی شعبے کیلئے حکومت کی ایمنسٹی اسکیم ختم
اسلام آباد: وفاقی حکومت کی جانب سے تعمیراتی شعبے کے لیے دی گئی ایمنسٹی اسکیم آج ختم ہو گئی۔ ذرائع کا بتانا ہے کہ حکومت اگر ایمنسٹی اسکیم میں توسیع چاہتی ہے تو اس کے لیے قانون سازی کرنا پڑے گی یا آرڈیننس لانا ہو گا۔
ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ حکومت نے آئی ایم ایف سے رئیل اسٹیٹ شعبے میں ایمنسٹی اسکیم میں توسیع کے لیے بات چیت شروع کر رکھی ہے۔ یہ بھی پڑھیںذرائع کے مطابق وزیراعظم کنسٹرکشن پیکج میں 447 ارب روپے مالیت کے 1252 تعمیراتی منصوبوں کی رجسٹریشن ہوئی۔
ذرائع کا بتانا ہے کہ تعمیراتی پیکج کے تحت ای پورٹل پر رجسٹریشن آج سے بند کر دی جائے گی تاہم بلڈرز اور لینڈ ڈویلپرز کے لیے فکسڈ ٹیکس کی سہولت 31 دسمبر 2021 تک جاری رہے گی۔ ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ پراجیکٹس کی تکمیل 30 ستمبر 2023 تک اور ہاؤسنگ یونٹس اور پلاٹس کی خریدنے کی مدت 30 مارچ 2023 تک جاری رہے گی
